A North American franchise residential construction company required a combination of management and employee drivers. The company works in 400 different communities across Canada and hires 1600 people for these roles every year. ProDriverHR was asked to design a program that measured competency both for their role and for safe driving behavior to cover their requirements.
ProDriverHR first completed an assessment of current management and employee drivers to measure their key competencies, personality traits and other characteristics to build a profile of key characteristics for success. ProDriverHR developed a proposal that would cover the geographic distribution and leverage our current driver footprint to engage potential candidates. Drivers in the key demographic and geography were identified and targeted for introduction and sent specific information about positions and why they would be a good fit.
